Service Description

A gentle and energizing 45-minute class for moms with babies aged 3 months and older. The session combines strength training and stretching while a helper leads sensory play and simple creative activities for the babies. Small group of 4–6 moms. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
